The lobby had a nice ambiance with classical music and self-playing piano. But the traffic noise from the street was really loud at night, making it hard to sleep.

Location is fantastic, just a quick walk to River Street. Valet parking fees are steep at $39 per day. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, but the street noise is disruptive at night. Friendly staff makes the stay enjoyable.

The parking situation was a nightmare—$30 for a sketchy lot, or forced valet. Then, the room was outdated, with barely any charging ports, and the water pressure in the shower was just terrible.

Comfortable room, wonderful hospitality with fresh baked cookies offered and friendly staff who ensured a pleasant stay.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

First off, the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities - ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and even a coffee maker which was a nice touch. The flat-screen TV had HBO available, perfect for winding down after a long day exploring the city. there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The bed linens seemed like they hadn't been changed, and there were stains on the carpet that looked like they had been there for a while. It would be great if they paid more attention to detail when it comes to housekeeping. Valet parking was convenient but a bit pricey at $42 a day, especially considering the lack of additional services provided by the staff. It would have been nice to have more assistance with luggage and clearer communication about hotel facilities. the location was great and the staff were pleasant, but the cleanliness and attention to detail in the rooms could definitely be improved. It was a decent stay, but there is room for enhancement.

The hotel sits just a short walk from River Street and a myriad of local attractions, making it easy to stroll to the Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum just 200 meters away and the beautiful Telfair Museums about 500 meters down the street, while also being a few steps from popular dining spots like Garibaldi's Cafe and The Lady and Sons, which added great convenience to our stay; the hotel itself was clean and friendly, but I found the breakfast to be slightly overpriced.

The location is perfect, just steps from City Market and the river. Rooms are spacious and comfy with amenities like a mini fridge, coffee maker, and flat-screen TV. There’s a nice fitness centre and hot tub. Staff were super friendly, and we loved the cozy lobby with free coffee and warm cookies.

Reservation chaos led to initial panic. They secured us a room despite the mix-up. The location shines. A stone's throw from River St, with a convenient breakfast buffet downstairs. Clean and cozy ambiance, though cleanliness didn’t meet expectations. Valet fees were steep and incidentals—charged upfront for services not used—felt petty. Found hair in the bathroom and unvacuumed floors. The lack of attention to detail was frustrating when I needed housekeeping. Positive interactions with staff, but front desk communication faltered. Breakfast pass confusion arose but was resolved quickly. There's potential, yet the execution needs tightening. This should reflect Hilton's standards, not a budget motel.

The staff serve cold bottles of water like it’s a heatwave competition. Breakfast hits the spot with decent options and the lobby decor is surprisingly charming, making you forget you're not in a museum.
Parking felt like an obstacle course and wasn’t exactly free.

Doubletree By Hilton Historic Savannah boasts a prime location near popular attractions. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the delicious cookies at check-in. While minor improvements are needed in room maintenance, the welcoming staff truly enhanced my experience. a pleasant visit.

This place felt like a warm hug from the moment I walked in! The lobby is so inviting with its stunning decor, and the coffee station with warm cookies was a sweet surprise. Plus, the location is fab—just steps away from everything you want to explore!
Strongly recommend! ❤️🌟

The valet staff was super helpful with directions and local spots. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy for a good night's sleep.
It wasn't the cheapest option, but worth it for the quality.

The room was spacious and featured a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. A mini fridge and coffee maker added convenience. I appreciated the multiple electrical outlets for charging devices. The noise from Bay St was noticeable, but the provided white noise machine helped. The shower curtain was torn, reflecting some maintenance needs. Staff interactions varied; most were helpful, but there were check-in issues. while amenities could improve, the room's comfort was its strong point.

Breakfast offered a solid selection, albeit a bit pricey. The valet team was quick and friendly, always ready to share tips about local attractions. While the location was fantastic—just minutes from the river walk—the room sorely needed maintenance, with a torn shower curtain and stained carpets. We struggled with noise from the street, and the lack of soundproofing was disappointing. No one assisted with luggage, and after calling about forgotten items, follow-up was lacking until I reached out online. Clean and comfy, but definitely room for improvement in service and facilities.

The scenic views at Riverwalk and Forsyth Park were breathtaking, perfect for our family's outdoor adventures.
For dads it would be great to have more kid-friendly dining options.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the river walk. The staff, especially at valet and check, in, were very attentive and friendly. The concierge was knowledgeable and helpful when asked questions. The lobby had a cozy vibe with a lit fireplace every night, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
The rooms felt a bit run down, with issues like mold on the ceiling and leaking roofs reported. Breakfast, although priced as an all, you, can, eat buffet, had limited options and lacked quality.

My friends and I had a blast exploring the cool River Street and the awesome City Market near our hotel. The convenience was 10/10! Plus, the breakfast buffet was a lifesaver after our late, night adventures.
The one thing missing for us high, energy party, goers? A rooftop bar for some nighttime fun with a view!

I chose this hotel for its perfect location near Forsyth Park, and I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff, making my stay run like clockwork.
Had to pay for parking.

A great selection of cocktails at John Ryan's Bistro and Pub and a delightful Southern Lunch Buffet. The staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel's decor is quite fancy.
Oh, what a joy to find someone else's hair all over the bed and a dusty, musty room! .

The location was perfect, close to all the sights we wanted to see. The beds were super comfy, and those check-in cookies were a delightful treat after a long journey.
But everything else made our romantic escape a bit of a bummer. The hotel felt outdated, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and don't even get me started on the breakfast - a real letdown.

recently stayed at doubletree by hilton and it was a great experience. rm 311 was spacious with lovely windows and a helpful desk employee. located near city market, we didn't need to drive for 2 days. the hotel's location was perfect, close to river street but away from the chaos. comfortable bedding, modern rooms, and friendly staff make this a highly recommended hotel.
Don't have any issues at all 😊
